Cleaning your way to a healthier fridge

Do you sniff a tinge of foul smell coming from somewhere in your fridge? Well, it's time for you to keep your fridge healthy and odour-free. A fully-filled fridge uses more energy to ensure that the air flow is kept constant, so it's time to stop procastinating and throw away those expired food from the 2000's!

With just 5 steps, Domestic CEO teaches us how easy it is to kickstart your fridge cleaning. Before we start our cleaning, preparations such as setting away a space to place your foodstuff and gathering your cleaning supplies (sponge, soaps, clean towels, trash bags etc.) are the utmost importance. Next, divide the fridge into 3 main areas: tackle it from top down starting from the door as this ensures that your food are kept in a safe temperature. If there's a spilled stain, you will have to remove the shelves and scrub it off in your sink before drying and placing the shelf back into the fridge. Do remember to check the food's expiry date. You wouldn't want all your hardwork to do down the drain, right? The last step, is simply to repeat the whole process for the remaining areas and you'll have a healthier fridge.

Now, you're one step closer to saving even more energy! Intraix signing off!
